Having worked for IDN Telecom, in the cell phone industry then moving to Acclaim Entertainment® in the video game industry finally settling at Specialty Data Corporation where he was bitten by the Web Design bug. Ed has over 10 years of practical working experience in all aspects of web design.

THE CHALLENGE:
Always & Forever had a very successful online business, and knew that they had to keep their customers happy in order to keep their customers' business and continue the growth they were enjoying. They came to Digital Slingshot with a list of requests from customers who were looking for features normally found only at the big retailer's sites.
THE RESPONSE:
